Kuopio area is full of islands, narrow water routes, bridges and beautiful rich nature. Big ships sail thru marked waterways. How ever majority of area is out of reach because of narrow routes and low bridges. M/S Ounas was build to reach the unreachable islands and beaches, the pearls of Kuopio archipelago. Freedom to go, where ever you want, is our passion. All our trips can be tailored to your individual requirements.

 

We have dreamed to create this kind of service for years. During summertime we have been sailing and exploring these areas over 30 years. During wintertime we work as a Husky guides in Lapland. There are similarities. Huskies go with passion and joy to wilderness, giving you an experience of a lifetime. Choose from our destinations suitable trek for you or plan with us an individual route.
